Our PRICING packages are in Black & White:
Package BLACK:
- $4000 OUT of season (January, February, March, November, December)
- $4600 IN season (April, May, June, July, August, September, October)
Includes:
- 8000 square foot main building which includes a bride and grooms room
- Tables and chairs to accommodate up to 100 guests
- 12 hour rental
- 3 hour scheduled photo session for engagement or bridal portraits
- Inside or outside ceremony sites
- Staff member on site during your event
- Set up and breakdown of tables & chairs
- The use of decorations
- Preferred vendors list but not limited to ours
- 1 hour scheduled rehearsal the week of event
Weekday Rental
Monday - Thursday, Sunday hourly rental available, 3-hour minimum @ $600 per hour.
- Events larger than 175 guests require security.
- 50% non-refundable of total price is due upon signing of contract. Other 50% is due 90 days prior to your event.
- Day of wedding coordinator is required for an additional fee if you use ours but we do not require you to use ours.
Smaller Banquet Room
600 sq ft room available Monday – Thursday and Sundays @ $200 per hour (3-hour minimum).
- Table seating for 60 people comfortably.
- Includes an additional 600 sq ft covered veranda.
Package WHITE:
- $4600 OUT of season (January, February, March, November, December)
- $5300 IN season (April, May, June, July, August, September, October)
Includes:

- Black or white table linens
- 15 hour rental
- 3 hour scheduled photo session for engagement or bridal portraits
- Inside or outside ceremony sites
- Staff member on site during your event
- Cleanup
- Set up and breakdown of tables & chairs
- The use of decorations
- Preferred vendors list but not limited to ours
- 1 hour scheduled rehearsal the week of event
- The use of a projector for picture display
