WEDDING PACKAGE PRICING: BLACK,  WHITE, & GOLD

Wedding Package BLACK

  • $4,000 OUT of season (January, February, March,  November , December)
  • $4,600 IN season (April, May,  June, July, August, September, October)

Includes:


  • 12 – Hour Rental   (11 am – 11 pm)
  • 9,000  sq ft building which includes a Bridal suite, Grooms room, Prep kitchen
  • Tables - 60” round;   OR 8 Cocktail tables, 6 rectangle tables 6 ft, 6 rectangle tables 8 ft, To accommodate up to 100 guests
  • Black Chiavari indoor chairs To accommodate up to 100 guests
  • White ceremony chairs To accommodate up to 100 guests
  • 3 – Hour scheduled photo session for engagement or bridal portraits.
  • 1 – hour scheduled rehearsal the week of event
  • Inside or Outside Ceremony sites
  • The use of our decorations
  • Preferred Vendors list but NOT limited to ours

Grand Ballroom  (5000 square ft) seats 360 people

  • * $600 per hour with a 3 – hour minimum, after 3 hours additional hours can
  • be purchased for $300 each. Tables and Chairs included. NO OTHER ROOMS
  • INCLUDED except Prep Kitchen and Restrooms
  • *Friday, Saturday Pricing: $3500  NO OTHER  ROOMS INCLUDED except
  • Prep Kitchen and Restrooms. 8 hours, Tables and  chairs to accommodate up to 100

Banquet room (590 sq feet, seats 50), with 800 sq feet covered Veranda

$225 per hour with a 2 – hour minimum, additional hours can be purchased for  $115 per hour. Tables and Chairs included. NO OTHER ROOMS INCLUDED except Prep Kitchen and Restrooms.

*Friday & Saturday Pricing: $350 per hour. Can only book 2 months from event date

  • Ceiling Drapes  8 – 40ft each $150
  • ABC Liquor Permit $50 if liquor is on property of Shallow Ridge Venue, apply online 20 days prior to your event @, NC ABC Commission
  • No permit is required for Beer and  Wine. Bartender is required for all.
  • Single Event Liability Insurance is REQUIRED for your protection and Shallow Ridge Venue. Naming Shallow Ridge Wedding & Event venue, LLC as additionally insured. Preferred: vensura.me/d16 
  • Banquet Room - Single Event Liability Insurance will be up to the discretion of Shallow Ridge Wedding  & Event Venue, LLC however  with any Alcohol during your event the insurance will be required

  • Black Chiavari indoor chairs to accommodate up to 150 guests, you will be responsible for renting any over 150
  • White ceremony chairs to accommodate up to 200 guests
  • 4 - hour scheduled photo session for engagement or bridal portraits
  • 2 – hour scheduled rehearsal the week of event
